Flexibility is an integral part of our service, so we provide the option for customers to control the status of their accounts and subscription at any time. You can halt or cancel your current subscription by suspending it through Account Details.
Suspending your account means your account will be deactivated, nothing will be charged to your card, and no deliveries will be made. However, you have the option to easily un-suspend your account, should you wish to resume deliveries or to send a gift bouquet.
I have provided you with detailed steps on how to suspend your account below, should you need them. I have also provided you with the steps on how to skip delivery dates, if this option better suits your needs.
How to Suspend an Account:
1. Start by logging into your Bear's Blooms account.
2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner > select Account Details from the drop-down
3. Scroll down on the new page, Manage your account > check the box beside Suspend account and all deliveries > then select SAVE at the bottom of the page.
How to manage your delivery schedule:
1. Log into your account with your username and password.
2. In the top left-hand corner, select Manage Deliveries
3. From here, you can use the toggle to change delivery dates for a particular address/order from "off" (grey) to "on" (pink) and vice versa.
NOTE: Any changes you make on the Manage Deliveries page will be automatically saved, so wait until the pop up(s) appear and then you can navigate away from the page.
If you plan to make changes to your delivery dates, we strongly encourage you to make any changes to your delivery schedule before all upcoming orders for the week are processed on Sunday evenings. This will ensure that your changes are taken into consideration for the week ahead.
If you choose to suspend your account for the foreseeable future, we would highly value any feedback if you feel comfortable providing it, that may explain why you have decided to cancel your account.
